		<description>Well, this sounds like my menu. However, I put some fresh or dried thyme under the chicken, dribble it with olive oil, lemon juice and sprinkle with garlic powder (Israeli style). It makes just a most delicious juice, that gets into the potatoes as they brown (I cut inhalf small red potatoes, and lay face down in glass baking pan with the chicken. The aroma is enticing. I&#039;m on a wheat-gluten-free (GF) diet so I make kasha instead of bulgar or couscus (which I so used to love). I found a GF farfel (that was created for Pesach) that works so well with Pereg Champignon mix or the Pistachio mix. I&#039;m getting hungry for Shabbos already!</description>
