Blog notes

Moving to a new blog platform is a lot like moving house. The preparation seems overwhelming, and once you get in you realize you need more repairs than you thought. And then it takes a while to adjust to a new layout and find everything you need.

Some people have complained of trouble accessing the feed in their blog readers. Try using amotherinisrael.com/feed.

When I inserted the code for adding Hebrew capability, I got error messages about unrecognized characters. But I can’t see the characters to remove them–they seem to be invisible. I’m still working on it.

My feed for you on Google reader is working fine.

Just a suggestion for the site. You might want to link your logo at the top to refresh to the home page. I keep trying to click on it when i finish reading a post to get back to your home page and then i go searching for the little link on the side.

Everything seems to work fine for me. See the bright side of things: no cardboard boxes to empty!

I used your suggestion and added /feed and it worked. Before that it did not. I tried to correct the link from my blog but that might take a bit longer. (Anyway I haven’t written anything for a few months so I doubt you’re missing much traffic.)
Nice layout, use it in good health!
