Maapilim Ship
On Green Prophet, I posted about a community art project run by one of my neighbors, Haggit Rich. She makes usable art with groups of children, from recycled items. This is a model of a ship that transported Holocaust refugees to Palestine during the British Mandate period.

Maya responded to my post on Israeli rudeness. Even though I’ve been here longer she always teaches me something new. Since I read her post I try not to get annoyed when someone jostles me or hits me with a shopping cart.
