| Purim Basket |
Oh, Nuts is donating delivery of a free Purim gift basket to a lucky reader of this blog. Originally the giveaway was for a basket worth up to $30, but when I pointed out out that baskets for delivery in Israel cost more than that, Oh Nuts agreed to include the one pictured above as an option for Israelis. I drive a hard bargain.
To be eligible you need to visit the Oh Nuts website and choose your favorite basket from the American baskets and the Israeli baskets. Then leave a comment below with your preference. They currently don’t deliver to any other countries–but you can always send it to a friend. I guess that’s what you’re supposed to do anyway.
Next week, I’ll choose a random winner from the commenters.

I used to be a regular at the Oh Nuts! on Central Ave. in Cedarhurst, New York. I particularly loved their Twerps orange and strawberry candies.
All the baskets are beautiful and I know the chocolate and candy inside are yummy.
But I’ll pick the Victorian Table from the American line and Tassel basket from the Israeli one.
And I’ll be waiting patiently for my prize.

I love their products, fresh and innovative. The “malt balls” are amazing as are their seasoned nuts.
I highly recommend their products.
As for me the Royal Clock – Purim Gift Basket is a chocolate lovers dream. The Purim Bowl of Joy would brighten any kid (no matter how old).

All the Purim Gifts are gorgeous and if I were eligible for the prize (which I know I am not because I am in the UK) I would be delighted with any but from the lower priced range I would choose the Fudge Vase. My favourite on the site is the amazing Victorian Table.

I was just trying out the twitter search tool. So I searched for “Purim” and then your tweet came up. For some reason I thought I saw you tweet this a while ago. But then I see that the post is from today, so I could still comment.
I actually have grandparents in Israel, and we were thinking of sending them a purim basket shaloch manos online through a website, but this one from Oh Nuts could work too. So I would choose the Israel Ceramic Pottery Holder one.
My mother always loves going to Oh nuts and filling up those trays with candies and nuts and stuff, for when we go to people’s houses for Shabbos or something. So I feel familiar with the Oh Nuts name.
Its actually funny, my mother was telling me a different time, how one time when she packed up a tray the person from Oh Nuts said they liked the way she arranged it and were going to sell it ready made that way.

I would love to send my neices/nephews in the US the Gluten free oznei haman (hamentashen), and here in Israel I would send US the Purim arrangement with the ceramic pot/basket. Very sweet.
I would love the Sunset Purim Basket(USA)
I’d never heard of this place before. My faves on the site are the baskets that would be nice additions to my shabbos table (or my recipients) after their MM use. I particularly like the Dolomite Vase because it actually matches my mom’s shabbos dishes
Are we supposed to mention the one we’d want to win, or the one we like the best, because some of the ones mentioned so far are waaaay above the $30 limit mentioned in the post. I think I still prefer the ones with the ceramic bowls as the base since it’s more reusable.

For the American baskets I like the Venetian – very classy looking with good sounding stuff inside.
For the Israeli baskets the Treasure Chest because what kid wouldn’t want to get a real treasure chest stuffed with candy

I cannot even begin to imagine why anyone would choose an American basket other than the Purim Nosher’s Can. People, it COMES IN A RED TRASHCAN. What more could you ever possibly want?!
(Okay, I suppose you could want the Victorian Table one, but REALISTICALLY the trashcan is the way to go.)

These all look so beautiful! I would send the sugar-free basket to my father-in-law who struggles between a healthy diabetic diet and an utter love for candy.
As soon as I saw the basket called “Golden Birds of Paradise” I knew that was my favorite – and after reading the list of what’s actually in that basket – I was sure this was my favorite (what else could a chocolate and nut -aholic choose?
I love how they very elegantly mix in the bird of paradise flowers, and I would happily send this to my family in the US, with enough for plenty of holiday guests!
I choose the Vintage Feast because it’s the most expensive and I’m worth it.

What I would love is the coffee time basket. What I would have to have is the (sob) sugar-free basket, which sounds fabulous, but purim without sugar? Isn’t that just wrong?

To tell the truth, I had never heard of these people before, but the Ceramic Purim Basket in Israel, which consists of a Ceramic Dish on Stand and contains Mishloach Manot, looks like an appealing basket to send.

They all look delicious and as I adore receiving holidays baskets I would be more than happy with any of them.

Love the VINTAGE FEAST from American side – classy and can think of ways to use the car afterward. The CERAMIC POTTERYHOLDER is my Israeli choice. Again, you can reuse it after the chocolate is gone!
