    This is by far the best breast feeding how to book on the market. All info is based on research and it has easy to use pictures.

    I find the “Womanly Art of Breastfeeding” confusing, judgemental and often contradictory. For example, it recommends the new mother rest, on the other hand it suggests she grow her own vegetables.
    I strongly suggest looking at this book.
